1700-degree muffle furnace

The 1700 degree muffle furnace is an experimental equipment capable of material heat treatment in high temperature environments (up to 1800 ℃), widely used in universities, research institutes, laboratories, and industrial and mining enterprises. Better high-temperature performance
The maximum working temperature reaches 1700 ℃, and the continuous working temperature is usually 1600 ℃, meeting various high-temperature sintering requirements.
Adopting a new type of ceramic fiber furnace, the insulation effect is good. After heating to 1000 ℃ and maintaining it for 1 hour, the surface temperature of the shell is only 45-55 ℃ to avoid burns.

Accurate and stable temperature control
Configure a PID precision programmable temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, supporting multi-stage temperature control program settings to meet different process requirements.
The temperature sensor adopts B-type thermocouple (Platinum Rhodium 30-Platinum Rhodium 6), which has strong anti-interference ability and more accurate measurement.

High heating efficiency
The heating element is made of silicon molybdenum rod, which has better oxidation resistance and longer service life.
The furnace has good insulation performance and higher thermal efficiency.

Complete safety design
Equipped with overheat protection, thermocouple protection, and power-off function when opening the door, some models also have leakage protection measures.
The double-layer furnace shell structure is equipped with an air-cooled circulation system in the middle to reduce the shell temperature and improve operational safety.

Energy-saving and environmental protection
Ceramic fiber insulation material reduces thermal energy consumption, reduces weight by half compared to traditional muffle furnaces, heats up faster, and has better energy-saving effects.
The power supply can be adjusted according to the size of the furnace to meet different experimental needs.
