I. Summary
 　The instrument is designed and made as per T0613 “Asphalt brittle point test”in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTGE20-2011 Specifications and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering.
It is suitable to determine the brittle point of asphalt materials.According to the requirements stipulated in the standard 0613.


II. The main technical characteristics
   
   1. The instrument is composed of outer barrel, insulation barrels, thermometer, lower plate, upper grip, fixed link, drill base, slide way, panel, hand shank, stalloy (try membrane substrate) and other parts.
   2. The insulation tube is double deck glass tube,It is used to place solid carbon dioxide (dry ice) and ethanol mixture back.It It is the cooling device of the instrument .
   3. The lower plate,and upper grip are used with fixed metal.
   4. Fixed rod and movable rod are made of fabroil .overcome some disadvantage of the original metal, such as lubrication corrosion temperature change caused by factors as the instrument performance.
   5 .Drill base, slide way, panel, hand shank and other parts are used to change the fixed rod and the movable rod axial position make sample bending of the steel.
   6.Thermometer :(- 38℃ ~ + 30℃, degree of 0.5℃)
   7. Sample sheet steel specification: 41mm* 20mm* 0.15mm (L*W*T)
