I. Summary
         The SYD-0609 Asphalt  Rolling Thin Film Oven(82 type oven for short) is design and made as per T0609-2011 Thin Film Oven Test in the industry standard of People’s Republic of China JTGE20-2011Specification and Test Method of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
 It is suitable to test the quality loss after heating the road asphalt film.
 And also test the change of needle penetration,softening point, breaking point and ductility for asphalt residue as need to evaluate the aging resistance property of asphalt.
 
III.The main technical characteristics
  1.Outside the body consists of thin plate, the upper is equipped with double door stainless steel workshop, glazing indoor central which equipped with lighting, can be easily observed from the outside when in measurement work indoor thermometer readings.
  2.At the bottom of the heating device is installed in the studio, use the method of air natural convection heating air through the up and down and the air duct behind the uniform heating studios.
  3.Studio central containing can be placed only four asphalt sample dish of rotary table, it driven by a motor, rotate at a speed of 5.5 RPM.
  4.Intelligent temperature control instrument, To ensure that meet the requirements of test procedures.(163℃+/-0.5℃).
