The maintenance effect of box atmosphere furnace is better:
The shape of box atmosphere furnace is rectangular, and the furnace shell is welded with angle steel and steel plate folding;

The working chamber of the box atmosphere furnace is a furnace made of refractory materials, in which the heating elements are placed, and the furnace and furnace shell of the high-temperature muffle furnace are insulated with thermal insulation materials

The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with silica gel mud, the furnace door is sealed with silica gel pad and connected with water cooling system, the gas enters and exits from the back chamber after passing through the flowmeter, and the furnace has multiple air inlets and outlets.
The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with air cooling system, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature and reach 1000 degrees in 30 minutes.

The method of using protective gas to clean the furnace of box atmosphere furnace:
Generally, the shielding gas shall be introduced into the electric furnace before heating up;
The shielding gas can be introduced through the upper, lower and rear three or two or a single furnace washing port. The needle valve at the exhaust port shall be opened to a large extent to facilitate the air in the furnace chamber to be discharged as soon as possible;
Generally, the protective gas with the volume of about 10 times of the furnace cavity is introduced into the furnace cavity, which can reduce the air concentration in the furnace cavity to about 10ppm;
When the air concentration in the furnace cavity meets the product process requirements, close all furnace washing ports, and then turn down the needle valve at the exhaust port to prevent air from pouring back into the furnace cavity. The protective gas enters the furnace cavity through the needle valve at the air inlet controlled by the flowmeter;
During the use of the electric furnace, the micro positive pressure must be maintained in the furnace cavity through the flow control of the flowmeter and the mixed adjustment of the opening of the exhaust port, so as to prevent the air outside the furnace cavity from entering the furnace cavity;
After the electric furnace is used and the product is taken out, the furnace chamber still needs to be filled with protective gas and maintain a slight positive pressure, so as to reduce the operation steps and save protective gas in the next use.
