① The operator must understand the structure and characteristics of the electric furnace and its auxiliary equipment, add lubricating oil to the reducer before use, and understand the laying of electrical lines.
② Before connecting the power supply, carefully check whether the equipment has met the requirements in the installation and oven drying instructions.
③ If the fiber nail in the furnace is broken, it shall be replaced in time. If the furnace lining is seriously damaged, it shall be rebuilt in time.
④ The bottom plate of the shaft type furnace shall not be impacted. The workpieces shall be stably placed on the top without rolling or stepping. The geometric dimension of the stacked workpieces shall be within the size of the working area.
⑤ It is strictly prohibited to put the workpieces with corrosive, volatile and explosive gases into the furnace for heating, nor directly drop or pass combustible liquids or gases into the furnace, so as to avoid affecting the service life of heating elements and refractory materials or causing accidents such as explosion.
⑥ Open the bottom plate of the furnace regularly, and purge the oxide scale and other sundries at the lower part of the bottom plate after using for a period of time. Especially after the bottom plate of the new furnace is put into use for 2 furnaces, the oxide scale and other sundries at the bottom of the bottom plate shall be cleaned immediately to prevent too much iron oxide from causing short circuit or arc striking of the heater at the bottom of the furnace. Dry river sand shall be added and replaced frequently in the sand seal groove.
⑦ If the heating element is broken without serious corrosion after short-term use, chs402 or chs407 high-temperature stainless steel welding rod can be used for welding with DC welding machine.
⑧ Once the furnace door is opened, the equipment will automatically cut off the heating power supply. If the power supply is cut off for special processes, the workpiece quality will be affected. The user should take other reliable safety measures to ensure the safety of the operators. At the same time, the interlocking action between various electrical appliances should be regularly checked to prevent failure.
