1. Check the airtightness of the furnace. After installing the flange, hold the pressure for 2 hours to see if the pressure gauge deflects. The next step should be carried out when the airtightness is intact.
2. Use the vacuum pump to pre vacuum the gas in the furnace:
(1) Connect the outlet nozzle of the tubular furnace with the vacuum hose.
(2) Pre vacuum the furnace chamber to -0.08MPa,
(3) , and then introduce the protective gas (nitrogen or argon is better),
(4) Pre vacuum the furnace chamber to -0.08MPa
(5) Cycle for several times to meet the requirements of furnace atmosphere.

4. After using high-purity hydrogen, let the hydrogen enter from the back and exit from the front. In order to prevent the hydrogen from accumulating too much in the furnace and causing excessive pressure in the furnace, the best way is to insert the gas outlet into the mineral water bottle filled with water. The mineral water bottle should be placed outdoors. Turn the gas outlet valve to the maximum and adjust the gas flow through the air inlet valve.

When the vacuum atmosphere furnace is filled with hydrogen, remember to use the discharged gas, instead of directly discharging it into the air.
