Description：PT-TL1200-S25LK5 is a new type of fluidized bed vertical tube furnace specifically designed for CVD experiments on powder surface deposition. 1. Vertical opening design: The furnace body is designed as a vertical opening type. After the experiment is completed, the furnace body can be opened and the quartz tube can be taken out to remove the reacted particles.
2. It can achieve complex heat treatment processes: independent temperature control in five temperature zones, which can form temperature gradients or longer constant temperature zones within the heating zone.
3. Intelligent temperature control system: adopting artificial intelligence regulation technology, with PID regulation, self-tuning function, and the ability to develop multi-stage temperature rise and fall programs.
4. Over temperature protection and alarm: It has over temperature protection and thermocouple breaking protection. When the electric furnace heating circuit is over temperature or disconnected, it will automatically cut off, over temperature protection and alarm.
5. Easy and convenient touch screen operation: With touch screen operation, temperature rise and fall data can be recorded, stored, and outputted.
6. Excellent dynamic sealing system: The furnace tube and flange are sealed by O-ring extrusion, which is easy to remove, can be repeatedly removed, and has good air tightness.
