What are the possible failures of the atmosphere furnace?
The equipment cannot be turned on after cleaning the conveyor belt. The possible reasons are:
1. Is the conveyor belt tensioning roller closed?
2. The emergency stop switch at the inlet and outlet of the atmosphere furnace is pressed. Pull out the emergency stop switch to release the mechanical lock.
3. A movable driving key switch under the atmosphere furnace is turned off. Set the driving key switch to the "ON" position.
4. Check that the conveyor belt is not stuck. If none of the above reasons are true, please notify the relevant person in charge of the equipment in the engineering department.
After cleaning the debris in the drying zone and cooling zone, it was found that the atmosphere furnace equipment was not turned on. The possible reasons are:
1. Whether the dry area slide box and the cooling slide box are completely closed, check whether there is any foreign matter around the slide box.
2. The reed switch at the bottom of the cylinder of the dry zone slide box and the cooling slide box is faulty. If necessary, the pressure of the cylinder or the position of the reed switch can be adjusted.
