1. Technical principle: The synergistic effect of rotation and gradient
rotating design
The furnace tube can rotate 360 ° or tilt at a certain angle (such as 10 ° -20 °), and achieve uniform rotation through a gear, reducer, and motor drive system. Rotation keeps the material rolling inside the furnace, avoiding local accumulation or overheating, and ensuring uniform heat transfer. For example, in ceramic sintering experiments, powder materials are thoroughly mixed with rotation to improve sintering density.
Gradient temperature control
The furnace tube is divided into multiple independent temperature control zones (such as 3-5 gradients), each equipped with independent heating elements (resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, etc.) and temperature sensors (thermocouples). Real time power regulation through PID control system to achieve high-precision temperature gradient control (± 1 ℃). For example, in the synthesis of nanomaterials, a low-temperature zone (200-400 ℃) can be set up for nucleation, while a high-temperature zone (800-1000 ℃) can promote crystal growth.
Atmosphere control
The two ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges, and inert or reducing gases such as nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen can be introduced to prevent material oxidation. Some models are equipped with vacuum pump interfaces and support heat treatment in vacuum environments (≤ 10 ⁻ ³ Pa).

Gradient simulation

Better insulation and safety protection
Using ceramic fibers or nano insulation materials, the surface temperature is lower and the thermal efficiency is improved. Equipped with over temperature alarm, leakage protection, gas pressure monitoring and other functions to ensure experimental safety.

4. Key points of operation: Standardized operation to ensure experimental results
Pre-operation preparation
Check equipment: Confirm that the furnace body, transmission device, heating element, temperature measurement system, etc. are intact and undamaged.
Clean the furnace: Ensure there are no impurities and check the lubrication system.
Preparation of materials: Prepare dry and impurity free materials according to process requirements, and evenly place them in the furnace.
Safety protection: Wear protective gloves to ensure good ventilation in the work area.

operating steps
Power on: Start the control system, set process parameters (temperature, speed, time, etc.), and slowly raise the temperature to the target temperature.
Operation: Start the rotary device to make the furnace body rotate at a constant speed, and monitor parameters such as temperature and speed in real time.
Cooling: After heating is completed, turn off the heating system and allow the furnace to cool naturally or start the cooling system (to avoid sudden temperature drops).
Shutdown: After the furnace temperature drops to the safe temperature, stop the rotary device, turn off the power, and clean the furnace.

Precautions
Temperature control: Overtemperature operation is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging heating elements and furnace bodies.
Material loading: The loading capacity of materials shall not exceed one-third of the furnace volume to avoid overload and ensure even distribution of materials.
Equipment maintenance: Regularly inspect heating elements, transmission devices, lubrication systems, etc., and promptly replace damaged parts.
