Description£ºPT-1200V is a vertical tube furnace, fluidized bed is designed for powder surface deposition CVD experimental, furnace tube for high purity quartz tube, inside the furnace tube is embedded with a porous quartz plate, quartz plate aperture for 5-15 um. Powder can be put on porous quartz plate, gas can be access from the furnace bottom, make through porous quartz plate sample particles suspended in the heating area, sedimentation experiments.
1. The tube furnace is designed for calcining inorganic compound with better uniform temperature esp. excellent for preparing LiIon battery cathode materials with conductive coating, such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3, etc in R&D Laboratory. Also can be used for fluidized bed research.
