How to heat the tubular furnace and how to deal with coking
Tube furnace heating is to use gas and air to form a high-temperature flame, so that the furnace and partition wall are heated, and the gas itself is heated to a very high temperature. On the other hand, the effect of gas activity and moisture on convection conduction heating is achieved. In the radiation chamber, the furnace tube is mainly radiated by high heat, and the tar in the tube can be heated to 400 ℃, so it is suitable for two-stage heating. There are 70 furnace tubes in the convection chamber, which are mainly heat conduction because of being moistened by gas. The tar in the tubes can only be heated to 130 ℃ generally, so it is suitable for the second stage heating dehydration.
The coking treatment method of tubular furnace is the most commonly used and the most simple method for heating tubular furnace is air steam coking. After finding that the coking of furnace tube (in the case of unchanged processing capacity and tar water content and property, the pressure of furnace inlet, i.e. two-stage pump increases), it is clarified that the coking of furnace tube is possible, and air steam coking method can be selected for coking; before air steam coking method It is pointed out that the furnace pipe is not blocked, and the coking treatment method is to introduce air and steam into the furnace inlet according to the share, and heat the furnace to a certain temperature with gas. The coke and air in the furnace pipe reverberate (incinerate), and finally be completely removed.
