1. The position of the furnace core must be determined accurately. The reaction box must be hung vertically, with a moderate height, and placed in an upright position. The two rows of boxes should be equidistant between them, and the width of the furnace core must be accurate. Fill the gaps between the four corners of the reaction box and the end wall with paper.
2. The driver must follow the instructions of the furnace installation operator and cooperate closely. Place the spent material at the bottom of the atmosphere furnace. Use a steel ruler to insert three points (both ends and the middle), and check according to the specified size. The spent material at the four corners of the furnace head should be fully stepped on to prevent flowing salt from burning the wall.
3. The hopper closure should be closed tightly after each charge is placed. After the charge is loaded, the spent material or graphite sprinkled on the end wall tie rods should be cleaned up, the winch trolley should be parked in a safe position, the top shaft is pressed, covered with a cover, and the number of the loaded furnace and abnormal conditions of the furnace should be filled in The process card is sent to the cart group with the furnace.
4. When hoisting the reaction box, the crane should be instructed to position it and lift it vertically. After all the boxes are pulled out, the cart can be hoisted away. It is strictly forbidden to lift the reaction box of the furnace car of the vacuum atmosphere furnace during operation. When placing the reaction box, place it in order. The furnace assembler should put the removed four-chain hook in the box, so as not to hang the outer edge when the hook is lifted, so that the box moves its position or the box will hurt the operator.
