How to use the muffle furnace?
1. When using it for the first time or reusing it after a long period of inactivity, it should be oven-baked at a temperature of 200-600°C for about 4 hours. When using the muffle furnace, the furnace temperature must not exceed the maximum furnace temperature, and do not work above the rated temperature for a long time.
2. To ensure the safe use of the muffle furnace, a ground wire must be installed and well grounded. The working environment requires no flammable materials and corrosive gases. When in use, the furnace door should be closed and opened slightly to prevent damage to the parts. When taking samples in the furnace, turn off the power first and handle with care to ensure safety and avoid damage to the furnace.
3. In order to extend the service life of the muffle furnace and ensure safety, samples should be taken out of the furnace in time after the equipment is used, withdraw from heating and turn off the power supply.
