1. Core performance parameters
Temperature control
Maximum temperature: It needs to reach 1200 ℃ and ensure long-term stable operation.
Temperature control accuracy: Priority should be given to selecting equipment with a precision of ± 1 ℃ or higher to meet the requirements of precision experiments.
