Automation and operational convenience: The equipment adopts a touch screen and PLC control system, which can be operated intelligently with one click, and the graphic and textual interface is simple and convenient. The furnace body can be tilted, the furnace tube can rotate continuously, and there are quartz baffles on the inner wall of the tube to help the powder flip and promote more uniform sintering. The upper cover can be opened for quick cooling.

Main purpose and scope of application

Selection reference dimension
Temperature requirements: Choose resistance wire heating for temperatures ≤ 1100 ℃, and silicon molybdenum rod for temperatures>1100 ℃ (such as 1400 ℃ high temperature experiment);
Material characteristics: Low speed and high inclination angle for powder form (to prevent dust), medium speed and medium inclination angle for granular form (to improve mixing efficiency);
Atmosphere requirement: A double-layer water-cooled furnace body and mechanical pump (such as semiconductor material annealing) should be selected for a vacuum environment.

Safety operation standards
Before starting up, check the grounding of the furnace body, the airtightness of the gas pipeline (check the interface with soapy water), and the insertion depth of the thermocouple (at 1/3 radius from the furnace wall);
Heating program: Heat up from room temperature at a rate of 5-10 ℃/min to avoid rapid heating causing deformation of the furnace body;
Atmosphere control: Vacuum or replace with N ₂ three times before introducing combustible gas to prevent explosion (such as controlling oxygen content<0.1% in H ₂ atmosphere).
